I Corinthians. Love Chapter. [13:4]

Love suffereth long and is kind.

Love vaunteth not itself –

Doth not behave itself unseemly

Seeketh not its own –

Is not easily provoked – thinketh no evil – rejoices not in

unquiet but rejoices in the truth.

Be not overcome by evil but overcome evil with God. Romans 12:21.

God is our refuge and strength. Ps. 46:1

God is Beneficent.

God is merciful.

May God protect you.

May God’s peace go before you.

God bless you and keep you.

Thou shalt love the Lord thy

God with all thy mind – with all

Thy heart with all thy strength

With all thy soul and

Thy neighbor as thyself

[Luke 10:27]

Never give in. never, never

Never give in. never, never, Never

Never give in. never, never, never.

Winston Churchill’s shortest speech

Never give in. never, never.

Have Faith. Have faith.

By Grace are you saved. By

Faith. Through Faith.

Not of yourself. It is a gift

From God.

God is merciful –

God is magnificent.

I believe in one God.

I believe in the blessed trinity

Father – Son and Holy Spirit

God is our refuge and strength

Psalm 46:1

I can do all things

Through Christ which

Strengtheneth me.

Philippians 4:13.

Do not fear. God is near.

Take it to the Lord in

Prayer.

Only believe – only believe –

I will lift up my eyes

Unto the hills from whence

Cometh my help. Psalm 121:1

The Lord is my shepherd

I shall not want. Psalm 23.

With God nothing is impossible.

Luke 1:37

Have Faith – For with God

Nothing is impossible.

Cheerfulness is contagious

Do not wait for others

But start with yourself.

Be not be overcome by evil

But overcome evil with good.

Romans 12:21.

God is our refuge and strength

Psalm 46:1.

It is nice to be important

But it is more important

To be nice –

It is nice to be important

But it is more important

To be nice.

Politeness is to do and

say the kindest things in

the kindest way.

Never fear – God is near –

God is our refuge and strength

Psalm 46:1.

Trust in the Lord with all your

Heart and lean not unto thy

Own understandings. In all thy ways acknowledge Him

And he will direct thy path.

Proverbs 3: 5-6

Thou shalt love the Lord Thy

God with all thy heart –

With all thy soul

With all thy mind and thy

Neighbor as thyself

[Luke 10:27]

God is our refuge and strength

Psalm 46:1

Experience is the best teacher

But too often we do not have it until it is too late.

Don’t lose your temper

Others don’t want it

They have enough of their own.

What doth the Lord require of you

But to do justly – to love mercy

And to walk humbly before your

God. Micah 6:8

God is our refuge and strength.

Psalm 46:1

St. Patrick’s Day – March 17.

It is said that St. Patrick used

The three leaves of the

Shamrock to explain the

Blessed trinity. Father-Son

And Holy Spirit –

Father – Son – Holy Spirit.

For God so loved the world

That He gave His only begotten

Son that whosoever believeth

In Him shall not perish but

Have everlasting life – John 3:16.

I will send you a comforter –

The Holy Spirit. Never fear – God is near.

Be still and know that I am God.

Sit quietly and you will feel His

presence – wherever you are.

Listening Hearts.

Everyone needs someone

That really cares enough to

Listen to what they have to

Say. It does more good than

It does to go to a doctor.

Just take time to listen to

Someone today. If you meet

Someone without a smile give

them one of yours. When you

smile there are miles and miles

of smiles and life is worthwhile.

Be not overcome by evil but

Overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21

God is our refuge and strength.

Psalm 46:1.

The Lord’s Prayer

Matthew 6: 9-13. Luke 11: 2-4

Our Father in heaven hallowed be

Thy name – Thy kingdom come –

Thy will be done on earth as in heaven

Give us this day our daily bread

And forgive us our depts. As we

Forgive our debtors. Lead us not into

Temptation but deliver us from evil

For thine is the kingdom and the

Power and the glory forever. Amen –

Remembering the best and

Forgetting the worst that is Love.

Remember the best – forget the rest.

That is true love.

Philippians 4:11

Paul said – In whatever state I am in I have learned to be content

Someone gave Frances a handwritten copy of one of her favorite poems – and sayings, and she placed it in her bag of prayers:

Keep On Keepin’ On

If the day looks kinder gloomy

And your chances kinder slim,

If the situation’s puzzlin’

And the prospect’s awful grim,

If perplexities keep pressin’

Till hope is nearly gone,

Just bristle up and grit your teeth

And keep on keepin’ on.

Frettin’ never wins a fight

And fumin’ never pays;

There ain’t no use in broodin’

In these pessimistic ways;

Smile just kinder cheerfully

Though hope is nearly gone,

And bristle up and grit your teeth

And keep on keepin’ on.

There ain’t no use in growlin’

And grumblin’ all the time,

When music’s ringin’ everywhere

And everything’s a rhyme.

Just keep on smilin’ cheerfully

If hope is nearly gone,

And bristle up and grit your teeth

And keep on keepin’ on.

On one page, Frances writes and rewrites 5 times:

Save your sorrow for tomorrow

Smile awhile today

Save your sorrow for tomorrow

Smile awhile today

Must Jesus bear the cross alone

And all the world go free –

No there is a cross for everyone

And there is a cross for me.

Dust thou art to dust returneth

Was not spoken of the soul.

[Re-written three times on page.

Cursive note from reader: Longfellow, “Song of Life”]
